●自己紹介

建築の世界に20年以上在籍、サラリーマンの窮屈さから飛び出して自由を求めて独立。

　

「お金なくして自由なし」ということでお金の勉強をしています。

　

賃貸アパートを経営（親から生前贈与を受けました）

もともと新築の時からゆくゆくは私にということで新築したので受け継ぎました。

（新築時の建築確認申請も私の名前です）

　

現在は本当に自由な状態で生きることが出来ています。

●自由な状態なのになぜわざわざこのブログを公開するのか？

「実は怪しい人なんじゃ？」

　

いえいえ、この自由な状態を他の人にも味わってもらえたら嬉しいからです。

　

元々はMayに投資を教えたくて始めようと思ったのですが、

　

・稼ぎ方

・起業

・経営のマインド

・投資方法

　

等の生きていく知恵を教えていきたい。

　

Mayとは姪の事で私の姉の娘です。

　

数年前に病気で母親（私の姉）を亡くしました。

これから生きていく為の知恵や技術を母親から習っていくことが出来なくなってしまいました。

　

私の頭の中に

　

「Mayを助けてあげて！」

　

といつも姉がメッセージを送ってきます。

　

今までの私の経験の中で

　

・苦労してきた事

・ダマされたこと

　

などを開示することによって

同じ失敗をMayにはしてほしくないと思いました。

　

自分自身はある程度自由になれたので

その経験をもとに母を亡くした

Mayの力になれればと思いました。

　

毎月の月命日にMayの家に線香を上げに行っています。

　

その際に対面で金融教育をしようとしても限界があるので

このブログを立ち上げました。

　

自立して自由に生きていくためにお金は必要不可欠ですよね？

　

「お金なんかいらない！」

　

なんて人はなかなか居ないですよね？

　

　

●お金があるとどうなれるのか？

「あれが買いたい」

「これが買いたい」

「お金があれば幸せになれる」

　

などの願いが叶えられると思います。

　

お金が有ればうれしいですよね？

ではお金が有れば幸せになれるのか？

私はお金が無くても幸せにはなれると思います。

　

しかし、お金が有った方が効率的に幸せになれると思います。

自分に対しては勿論、他人に対しても色々してあげることが広がります。

　

●幸せとは一体なんなんだ？

宗教チックになってきてしまいましたが、宗教ではありません。

　

「幸せ」＝「心の豊かさ」

　

であると思います。

　

「心の豊かさ」とは一体何なんだろうと考えてみる。

　

「心の豊かさ」＝「自由」

　

であると思います。

　

「自由」って何なんだと考えてみると

　

・好きに使えるお金

・ゆとりのある時間

・円満な人間関係

・好きな場所にいける

　

などを実現するのが「自由」だと思います。

　

「選択の自由」

　

とは

　

「やりたいことが出来る」

「嫌な事をやらないで済む事ができる」

　

と思います。

　

少なからずこうなりたいと思う事が有ると思います。

　

あなたも

　

「自由になりたい！」

　

と思ってますよね？

　

ただ、実際の所

　

「大金持ちになりたい！」

　

と思っている訳ではないと思います。

　

目指す所はどこなのかという事だと思います。

　

大金持ちにならなくても自由になりたいのだと思います。

　

自分がやりたいことができる“そこそこの”収入が有って自由に生きることが出来る。

　

お金がほしいというより自由が欲しい。

　

自由を得るためにお金が有ったほうが何かとやりやすい。

　

実際のところお金は全ての事に影響します。

　

先人の言葉に

　

「自由はお店に売ってはいない、自分で勝ち取るしかない」

　

とあります。

　

自由は他人から貰うことも出来ないし、自分自身で獲得するしかない。

　

自由になる為の方法やお金の勉強というのは学校では教えてくれないです。

　

なぜ学校では教えてくれないのかということも含めてこれからお話していきたいと思います。

　

学校では教えてくれない事を嘆いていても仕方がないので自分で努力してして覚えていくしかないと思います。

　

●自由になるには

「正しい知識」と「マインド」が必要です。

山登りやスポーツと一緒です。

　

闇雲にやってもなかなか上手く行かない。

　

私自身も先人から学んで来ました。

そのことを少しでも多く伝えていけたらと思っています。

　

本当に偉大な先輩方から色々学んで来て今の自分があるので伝えていければと思っています。

正しい知識と努力で必ず今より自由な状態に近づけます。

　

「自分にできるかなぁ」

「イメージが湧かない」

「そんなの夢物語だ」

　

などと思うかもしれません。

　

本当にちゃんと正しい知識を身につけて行動して努力すれば絶対に自由な状態に近づけます。

　

しかし

　

「近くにそんな人がいない」

「どうしたらいいかわからない」

　

などの解決策を伝えていきたいと思っています。

　

実際に実践して自由になっている人が沢山居ます。

　

なので自由な状態に近づいていって頂きたいと思っています。

I believe I can be happy even without money.

However, having money makes it more efficient to achieve happiness. It opens up opportunities to benefit oneself and others.

●What Is Happiness, Really?

It may sound religious, but it’s not.

“Happiness” equals “emotional richness.”

What exactly is “emotional richness”?

I believe it’s “freedom.”

And what is “freedom”?

When you think about it, “freedom” includes:

• Having money to spend as you wish
• Having ample time
• Enjoying harmonious relationships
• Being able to go where you want

“Freedom of choice” means being able to do what you want and avoid things you don’t want to do.

I believe everyone desires some form of this.

You too want to be free, don’t you?

But realistically, I don’t think many people aspire to be “filthy rich.”

It’s more about where you aim.

Even without becoming extremely wealthy, people want to be free.

A moderate income that allows you to do what you want and live freely.

More than wanting money, people crave freedom.

Money does indeed impact everything.

As the saying goes, “Freedom isn’t sold in stores; you have to earn it yourself.”

You can’t receive freedom from others; you have to earn it yourself.

Schools don’t teach methods for becoming free or financial literacy.

That’s why I want to discuss why schools don’t teach these things and share methods for achieving freedom.

●How to Achieve Freedom

You need the “right knowledge” and the “right mindset.”

It’s similar to climbing a mountain or playing a sport.

You won’t succeed if you do it blindly.

I’ve learned a lot from my predecessors and want to pass on this knowledge.

Thanks to the incredible mentors I’ve had, I’ve learned so much, and I want to share that with others.

With the right knowledge and effort, you’ll definitely get closer to a state of freedom than you are now.

You might think, “Can I really do it?” or “I can’t visualize it,” or “That’s just a pipe dream.”

But if you acquire the correct knowledge and take action, you’ll undoubtedly get closer to freedom.

However, if you’re thinking, “There’s no one nearby to help,” or “I don’t know what to do,” I want to provide solutions.

Many people are already practicing and enjoying freedom.

So, I want you to get closer to that freedom.
