ほとんどのマイホームというのは損する事になります。

他人が田舎が嫌だと他人が思おうが
当人が住みやすいと思えればいい訳です。
だから自分にとって豊かであればいい。
それが
・金銭面の損得
・広さ
・所有欲を満たす
など決め手はその人によります。
これは持ち家でも賃貸でも同じです。
前提条件が決まらないと討論してても意味がない。
ゴールが決まらないと話をしてても意味が無いという事です。
